About me

I know what it's like to live a life shaped by constant adaptation.

Long before I knew I was highly sensitive, I tried to understand why I thought so deeply and felt so intensely. I often felt different and learned to adapt in order to belong. But as I became an expert at being there for everyone else, I gradually lost touch with myself.

Over time, I began to realize that my sensitivity had never been the problem.

What truly hurt was recognizing how much of myself I had abandoned just to fit in.

When I began to listen inward—with curiosity rather than judgment—to my true self, and to the feelings and needs beneath all the adaptations, something began to shift. I discovered that there was another way to live. A way that felt lighter.

A life where I could choose more for myself.

For many years, I worked as a teacher, but I was always the most interested in who my students were, not just how they performed. What mattered most to me was helping people recognise their own strengths, discover their inner resources, and feel free to be more of who they truly are.

Over time, it became increasingly clear that this was the work I was meant to do.

Today, I support people who long for a lighter way of living—one where they understand themselves and their needs more deeply. Just as I once longed for the same thing.

I don't see myself as someone who has all the answers. But I have walked this path myself, toward a lighter place.

In our conversations, I listen deeply. I ask questions that help you discover your own answers. I offer perspectives that open the door to new ways of understanding yourself, your life, and the world around you.

My vision for Sensing Flowasis is to be a calm, supportive space where you can come home to yourself and rediscover your true direction.
